Bookings & Cancellations

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of bookings; things happen and plans change. We aim to be as flexible as possible whilst managing our costs of missed sessions with our cancellation policies set out below.

1:1 Sessions

One to one sessions operate with a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session. Sessions cancelled prior to 24 hours are able to be rolled over or rescheduled with no cancellation fee.

Termly Group Sessions

These sessions are invoiced termly or half termly. To maintain the small, nurturing and consistent nature of these, we are unable to refund or rollover missed sessions. This enables us to hold your space and honour the group dynamic.

All other bookings

Ad hoc, private groups, family sessions and non-termly bookings operate with a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session. Sessions cancelled prior to 24 hours are able to be rolled over or rescheduled with no cancellation fee, subject to availability.
